JEL designed and developed fit out for new multi million business expanding in to larger unit.

We were tasked to provide a design and build lighting, power, data design for a 200sqm new build warehouse, with 60 SQM office above mezzanine floor.

To cater for large distribution centre for one of the largest importers of bicycle parts.

Lighting was designed to save energy separating circuits via proximity PIR detectors in zones to phase lighting to only energise when people are in that area.

Heating had to be designed to provide enough heat to cope with the open areas, high level reznor heaters with destrat fans high level situated to keep heat as a working height.

JEL also designed and installed the IT installation with over 20,000 meters of data cables installed for networking throughout the warehouse.
