Preston Student Village Accommodation

This project needed a full M&E to convert a warehouse to a 50 bedroom student development accommodation.
For this we carried out the full design for this project, calculating the required demands for the power & water to service this project whilst also, liaising with the national grid.
This project was a challenge converting an existing warehouse into a 50 luxury bedrooms and communal areas, trying to keep the feel of the commercial look, having egg crate ceiling tiles to show off the steel structure above ceilings, which was the needs of the client.
